Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between sole proprietor Anton Miroshnichenko, Tax ID (INN) 673210148881, OGRNIP 324774600326584 (the "Provider"), and the User of the Tilvio CRM platform (tilvio.ru).

By registering, the User accepts these Terms. The Terms constitute a public offer under Art. 435 and Part 2 of Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Provider grants access to the cloud CRM platform Tilvio on a SaaS basis for automating bookings, clients, staff and finance.

3. Plans and payment

Current plans: tilvio.ru/#pricing. Payment in RUB via YooKassa or by invoice.

4. Refunds

A refund is possible within 14 days of payment if the Service was not used. Requests to support@tilvio.ru.

5. Obligations of the parties

The Provider ensures Service availability of at least 99% per month and technical support. The User undertakes to use the Service lawfully and to pay for the plan on time.

6. Limitation of liability

The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the last billing period.

7. Dispute resolution

Claims should be sent to support@tilvio.ru. Review period — 30 days.
