This Privacy Policy defines how personal data of Tilvio CRM users (tilvio.ru) is processed and protected.

The data operator is sole proprietor Anton Miroshnichenko, INN 673210148881, OGRNIP 324774600326584 (the "Operator").

Processing is carried out under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".

2. What data we collect

• Registration data: name, email, phone, organization name.
• Payment data: invoicing details. Card data is not stored — it is processed by YooKassa.
• Usage data: IP address, browser, actions in the system.
• User's client data: information the user enters into the CRM.

3. Purposes of processing

• Registration and identification of users;
• Providing access to the CRM platform;
• Processing payments and issuing invoices;
• Technical support and improving the Service.

4. Storage and protection

We use HTTPS/TLS encryption, password hashing and backups. Retention period — the account's lifetime + 3 years.

5. Rights of data subjects

You may request information about processing and demand correction or deletion. Requests: support@tilvio.ru. Review period — 30 days.
