Public Offer

1. Terms and definitions

• Provider — sole proprietor Anton Miroshnichenko, INN 673210148881, OGRNIP 324774600326584.
• Customer — a person who has accepted this offer.
• Service — the cloud CRM platform Tilvio (tilvio.ru).
• Acceptance — registering in the Service or paying for a plan.

2. Subject of the contract

The Provider grants the Customer access to the Tilvio CRM platform according to the chosen plan.

3. Acceptance procedure

The offer is accepted upon registration, payment for a plan, or the start of using the Service.

4. Price and payment

Plans: tilvio.ru/#pricing. Payment in RUB via YooKassa or by invoice.

5. Availability level (SLA)

The Provider guarantees Service availability of at least 99% per month, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure.

6. Rights and obligations

The Provider grants access within 24 hours of payment and provides support. The Customer undertakes to use the Service lawfully and comply with Law 152-FZ.

7. Liability

The Provider's maximum liability is the amount paid for the last billing period.

8. Termination

The Customer may terminate the contract by deleting their account.
